Provided by YP.comMy mother was picked up by her assisted living home. Oceans sent her home with none of the brand new clothes that we had taken to her. When we called the head nurse was very rude and acted as if it was too much trouble to talk to us and wouldn't look for them. There were some problems with the prescriptions she was given so we asked to get the doctor's phone number so we could get it straightened out. The nurse did not know the doctor's first name and did not have a phone number. There was a serious drug interaction between two of the prescriptions that needed to be cleared up but they could not get through to a doctor or get them to call back. They had also neglected to call in one of the prescriptions which we were able to get them to call in. They also called in a new prescription. The pharmacist informed us that someone with our mother's diagnosis should never take that medicine. After leaving several messages with the Oceans in Fort Worth and corporate we've heard nothing.

Provided by YP.comWould not recommend this place. You never see the doctor and the staff is rude and prccedurces change every day. To me it was about making money instead helping people.

Provided by YPmobileThis hospital is under investigation for neglect and in immediate jeopardy of losing funding due to the DON that is now running that hospital into closing. Falsifying documentation and rules and policy only applies to a few.....
