I have lived at this apartment complex for the past year, and have yet to have a positive experience with management. When I moved into this complex in January 2015 I walked into a dirty and maintenece disaster. No one had walked my apartment since the previous resident moved out. It took 3 weeks to get maintenence into my apartment to replace things that should have been fixed before I even received my keys. And the manager couldn't seem to care less about their mistake in my leasing. And I have yet to receive any compensation for my trouble. Since then I have had NUMEROUS negative encounters with the management at this complex. I have had leaks that weren't fixed in a trimely fashion, my car towed without so much as a courtesy phone call, and various phone calls with management that always lead to no solution. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. There are PLENTY of other, BETTER options in the area. Your money, comfort, and needs as a resident will not be cared for at this apartment complex. I am packing to move, and can't WAIT TO LEAVE Overton Trails.
