I’ve had to have them remake way too many pizzas. I decided to drive ten minutes further to the other Pizza Hut, because I was tired of paying for dry nasty tasting pizza.

Pretty Disappointed

I ordered a medium cheese pizza. No breadsticks, no drinks. The total came to $16.77! So my first complaint is that Pizza Hut is really overpriced. When I opened my pizza, the cheese was so burnt that it was dark brown and black. I know you guys are busy, but if you would not eat it yourself please don't expect your customers to. You know, I have to say that I have been pretty disappointed with the big pizza chains lately. I think this last experience is the last I will tolerate. From now on, I will give my business solely to the 'mom and pop' pizza places. And there are plenty around the area.
