I ordered a lunch for daughter to be delivered at school and was told it would be there at 12:07. It finally arrived at 12:28......21 minutes late! When I called them at 12:18 it had not even left yet. No apologizes no type of reimbursement absolutely nothing........not very good customer service for the price of the meal and to pay for a delivery that was 21 minutes late unexceptable!

Terrible Service

I think 1 star is too high! I have been overcharged and the told that the credit card charge did nit got through - funny thing my bank had a hold in the amount concerned. Luckily I had the cash to pay for the order. Of course I had to wait until Pizza Hut decided to release the hold on my funds. REAL Professional. Then they miscahrged me on a seperate occasion and had the nerve to call me back to charge me the $1.54, I told theom to cancel the order. An agreed upon price should be just that!!!

Management in my opinion was no better!

I had better stop now before I say what I really mean!!
