My husband, four yr old daughter and I moved in last year. We got this place cuz it was the only place that wld accept us with our credit and we had no where else to go. They give you a 3 month warranty period to fix everything. We gave em the list and a year later they still havent fixed what they were suppose to. They sold us an old trailer that we had no idea the problems we were gonna have. Since its started raining the wood is rotting from the inside out. Rain is seeping through our carpet and causing mold. Oven never has worked and it is not insulated well. During summer me and my daughter sweat to death and its becoming too expensive to stay here with all the repairs needed. Just a warning do not move in unless you want to spend thousands of dollars. Or dnt make the same mistake we did. Plus mower has gotten stolen so be sure to lock your stuff up.
