I went for all meats for my lunch, and it was ok.
Slice Brisket: I asked for "moist", got more lean than moist. It was damn good roast beef and very well cooked but not smoked well.
Bologna: nice, but not smokey.
Salami: very good char and quite tasty and I'm going to pay for all that sodium later LOL

If you like soggy fries try their Fries&Onions (get a small unless there are 4-5-6 of you sharing.

All the food was great and if you are military or retired military they have an oustanding discount

By far the best BBQ I have had in years. Had both the chopped beef sandwich and ribs and would recommend both
