False advertising at it's finest. They had an ad online for a Kawasaki Z125 listed at $2997, no mention of the already upgraded procircuit exhaust being an additional upcharge to the listed price. After spending an hour driving to their Fort Worth location with the full intension of picking it up, a salesman named Toni happily had his manager crunch the TTL numbers and try to help us out. His manager added on an additional $450 because it had the upgraded exhaust (again, already added on and NO mention of the additional charge in the ad). The manager refused to honor the advertised price - which had the exhaust included in the description. Had the ad mentioned there would have been an additional charge to the price listed, I would have been expecting it. It's pretty low for such a well known company to try to pull a fast one like that. I've always had respect for the brand, but clearly they have let the ball drop with the management at this establishment. Toni completely emphasized with the situation and tried to remedy it as best as he could, but at the end of the day his hands were brutally tied by management. This was a waste of my valuable time and this experience has severely tarnished our relationship with Freedom Power Sports in Fort Worth. Do yourself a favor and take your business to a company that actually values integrity.
