Nurses are rude and very hateful. Only pretend to care when the family comes around. Some of the nursing aides not all don't really care and let the call lights go off and stay like that for hrs at times and the nurses won't get up to help answer them either. They force the residents to bathe even when they refuse. The weekends are the worse the lights can stay on forever and sometimes they won't get the residents up like they are supposed to for breakfast cause there is nobody there to supervise and they don't care do even do the showers or sometimes feed the bed ridden residents.
