Provided by YPmobileI took a pair of denim jeans in to see if they could assist with replacing the front button. The gentleman I spoke to was very rude and offered me no help but to cut the button off. I inquired if it could be done a different way and gave an example (I'm hopes I could reuse the decorative button). He then told me I was free to fix myself and basically insinuated I was wasting his time.

Provided by YP.comDreadful, rude, dishonest, and to be avoided
I brought several upper quality dress shirts and pants to Sam’s Cleaners and have regretted stepping foot in the door. They destroyed two $80 shirts using heavy starch when I asked form light and pressing wrinkles into the collar, back, and sleeves. The collar on a cobalt blue one pressed shiny and creased bleaching the stitching and the pattern of the collar stays into the fabric.
When I called him on it, he claimed it was my fault for requesting starch at a dry cleaner and flat out refused to correct the mistake and replace the item. I have since filed complaints with the Ft Worth Chamber of Commerce and the Tarrant County Better Business Bureau.
My mistake using his service cost me nearly $100 after the replacement of the shirt, tax, and the cleaning fee he still charged to me. It is unfortunate that this day in age small business owners like Sam Kennedy lack integrity.
Alternatives in the area well reviewed would be Dry Clean Super Center on Boat Club Road, and Moreno’s Cleaners on Jacksboro Highway or any one of the many others in the area. Photos attached where site allows.
