There are many tasks and duties necessary to settle a decedent's estate.  Senior Concepts Inc. has experience and can perform or assist with many of these tasks and duties including;  Study the provisions of the Will Arrange for probate of Will.  Locate and review decedent's financial records.  Gather, manage and preserve estate assets.  Obtain date of death appraisals and valuations of estate assets.  Locate and notify beneficiaries and respond to questions, concerns and demands.  Pay decedent's debts and collect amounts owed the estate.  Detailed record keeping.  File required income and estate tax returns.  Make decisions about which assets to sell and when.  Pay taxes and other estate expenses.  Prepare Inventory for the Court.  Prepare distribution schedules to insure the beneficiaries receive their pro-rata share of the estate.  Distribute the remaining assets per the terms of the Will which might include the funding of trusts created under the Will or outright to named individuals or charities.
