One of the WORST apartments in the Westside of Fort Worth! For starters maintenance is TOTALLY horrible you go tell them that something is wrong in the apartment they go check it out a week later and do nothing about it afterwards. Next, there is a lot of issues with the plumbing for example if your showering with warm water the water will get either really hot or cold during that time, also water leaks through the ceiling. Lastley, they fake your signature when you tell them something's wrong with your apartment like you saying they already fixed the problem when they didn't. I would not recommend these apartments.

Bug invested! Towing residents cars! Plumbing issues! Guests have to have a parking permit to be able to visit although there are guest parking spots! So if you get surprise guests make sure their car won't get towed. Also can't have more then 3 guest parking permits at one time! It's complete idiotic. I never had an apartment tell me how many guests I can invite! Maintenance people are nice! Office personnel seems sort of friendly but act like they can't pull strings on some rules at times.
