Unfortunately I was not treated fairly when dealing with Star Auto. I recently purchased a used Ford pickup truck from them that completely broke down two days after my purchase and required over $5000 worth of repairs. Additionally, they were falsely advertising my truck (painted on the front window of the truck and verbally communicated to me) that my truck was a 7.3 liter when (after I purchased it) I unfortunately learned that it was a 6.0 liter. This is a huge difference when it comes to the early 2003 Ford engines, and as a result I would HIGHLY recommend that you avoid Star Auto.



I have no way of knowing if they were aware that my truck was a 6.0 and not a 7.0 liter but regardless they are either liars or they are incompetent in knowing what product they are selling to the customer. As a result, I would go elsewhere when buying a vehicle. It is too risky dealing with Star Auto of Forth Worth.
