STAY AWAY!!! This place is a roach motel! They get into everything, and no amount of treatments seem to get rid of them!

If I could leave negative stars I would. Lived there a year kitchen too small no real living area in a 3 bedroom "townhome". Had a leak in the kitchen sink, called about it they would patch it up but never fixed it. This happened at least 3 times. Now the 4th time about 2 weeks before the end of the lease, the entire 1st floor floods ruins things that have been pulled out to be made ready to move. Happens twice in less than a week and now they decide to call a professional after they see they are going to have to replace carpet and have mold on the walls. Of course they don't care about my items they let get damaged. Management changes hands frequently staff is LAZY and they will find any way to bleed money out of you. Rent elswhere or just be aware.

This is an apartment for the down and out. Paper thin walls let you hear everything your neighbor is saying. The management tries to keep it clean but there are a lot of scummy people trashing it faster than it can be cleaned up. All fixtures and appliances are the cheapest possible. Most residents are on welfare.
