The first time I went they were closed a Monday day after Christmas. The 2nd time I went I got there @ 8:30. According to the screen I had a 1/2 wait as I was sitting there for 2 hrs the time kept fluctuating between 14 mins - 50mins till I was called. At the 2 1/2 mark I went to ask how much longer it would be since I couldn't tell by watching the screen, I needed an accurate time, I had to be somewhere at noon, it was going to be 12:30 approximately when I was going to be called. I left without getting what I needed.

I only rated one start because I had too! The place is a joke!! They are so rude at the front desk, will ignore you, and DO NOT CARE about what you need or want. The woman that work there are rude and treat you like crap. They give you no help, and act like they don't even want to socialize with you which is their job. Do not go to this dps. You get more help at a busy McDonald's than this place could give!
