Great place & friendly people, The guy who help me was very patient & helpful. I changed my mind three times and he was still very nice. They made me feel like it was all about the customer. Plus there prices were unbelievably great. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant visit or more helpful friendly people. This is officially my everything shop for all my cars.

Awful. Do not go here for any services! Last week I had the unlucky experience of having two flats at the same time. I changed one and the other held enough air to get my truck home. I found the closest tire shop to my house, put more air in the other flat and drove it down to Texas Discount Tire. When I arrived, they were nice and got me in quickly. That part, I liked. The head shop tech pulled and plugged the front tire and filled it to spec PSI. Another technician pulled the back wheel and was having trouble with the key for my 20" rims on my Dodge Ram. The lug with the key was on there pretty tight, and I knew the air gun just wouldn't do it - he would have to use a socket wrench or a break-over bar. He was still working on it after I said hold on, but ignored me (the tech was a mute). He kept at it until the air wrench slipped and scratched up my new rims pretty badly. He left to get a wrench and I took the lug off myself with the stock wrench. I was upset, but if they would make an effort to make it right I didn't care as much. It was $10 for both plugs (as opposed to a patch like they should have done) and I showed the manager the damage thinking we could work something out. He didn't. He simply said pay the woman up front. I went up front to meet him and confronted the issue. Why would I pay you anything when your shop caused damage to a $200+ wheel. He told me to reference a very small sign above the shop door that said "We are not responsible for any damage caused by faulty lugs". THIS WAS NOT A FAULTY LUG, BUT A FAULTY TECHNICIAN/MANAGER THAT WOULDN'T CLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS. I reluctantly paid them and the cashier girl shouted a sarcastic "Have a nice day" as I left. Do not go to this shop - there are a hundred other tire/wheel shops with much better service and reputations than Texas Discount Tire.
