The Creek Apartments Homes at 7924 Emerald Crest Dr. It's ok but could use some improvements. I have lived here for five years

Dont move here, just pay a little more money and find another complex. They have too many problems. The staff is rude and they have a lot of pitbulls on the property that are bad dogs. I live here and cat wait to move, roaches, loud music and unsafe environment

First i want to say i have NEVER had ANY pest problems

I lived in these apartments for FOUR YEARS (i think i wrote an ugly letter the first year 2009) and since becoming under new management in 2012 i finally actually enjoyed it!! They update the apartments COMPLETELY from the name to the gates, paint, CONCRETE (parking lot), fence, VERY luxurious inside apartments and best of all they have the best lease agents(management). They get to know YOU and they always doing thoughtful things like a breakfast in the mornings or pool party's or even a BBQ in front of there apartments. I wish i didnt have to go but i am moving into a house now but i guess this is the least i can do. I will and have recommended these apts to my friends :)

To say that Saddle Creek has problems is a understatement of monstrous proportions. Now i'm not talking about bugs and other pests that would normally plague a complex surrounded by trees and wetlands, i'm talking about everything else.



To be frank, the staff is inept. I could do a better job and I don't have the necessary qualifications to do so. Everything is a chore. If you need to contact the staff about anything, it'll take weeks before you hear back from them.



Maintenance is even worse. I have no idea who is in charge of hiring maintenance, but he or she is the first person that needs to be let go. As it stands, maintenance couldn't fix a sandwich without a list of easy to follow instructions, and they would still screw it up.this place is a joke.Cabinet doors falling off, management is beyond simple, stupid, don't care at all. Here's the deal, it looks really great, the model apartment is lovely but that's not what you move into. When I moved in there was rat crap in the kitchen everything was dirty, a cigarette was put out on the window, bugs so bad I bombed using 3x's what I should have needed and had to stay in a motel so I could have it professionally treated. I have had my car broken into twice, I've been here 5 months. Theres no seal around the front door, you can feel a breeze thru the cracks and bugs, critters, even rats can get in. Management doesn't have a clue and will tell you anything and never follows thru. I paid $350 deposit and there were 11 cigarette burns on the bathroom sink area when I moved in. That's what you money gets you. Unsafe, disgustingly unclean, completely unprofessional, just a total bait and switch going on here. I could live ANYWHERE cheaper and it would be a damn site better than this hole.
