If you are going to live here (which I wouldn't recommend) make sure you have renter's insurance. They put the heating and cooling unit it the closets! I've had so many problems with mine and it was dripping water onto all my clothes. I caught it soon, but if I hadn't all my clothes would've been ruined. I've had so many major plumbing and roach problems. It does not feel like home and I can't wait until my lease is over..

VERY VERY BAD COMPLEX! Same experience as the previous reviewers. They fabricated cleaning charges even though I left my apartment in great condition when I left. Tried to harass me over a water bill which I had paid. I found this particularly annoying considering I pay my bill directly to the City of Fort Worth NOT the complex. Harassed me AND my family for the fabricated charges and then turned it over to a creditor when I refused to pay. Rent here at your own peril!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex by far. The Place was a bit beat up, but pleasant prior to the management change with friendly staff, friendly maintenance guys, knew all of them by name. Now it is just a nightmare. Don't let the initial friendly demeanor in the office fool you! They're going to come after you for "cleaning costs" and assorted other trumped up fees once you have moved out regardless of what you pay in deposits. They seemed to have conveniently lost deposit records of tenants who moved in prior to the management switch. Very shady, and borderline illegal. Expect to have notices constantly left on your door "reminding" you to comply with complex policies or face the consequences. Even if you haven't violated any of them. No on site security, lots of loud drunken activity, drug users, people speeding through the parking lot at all hours, gates constantly broken or left wide open, terrible parking, continual white noise from I-30, roaches (no bug treatment at my unit for well over a year). The only police you'll see are there because of continuous/repeated crime. Maintenance is extremely slow and barely passable...when it gets done. Expect to be calling or going down to the office repeatedly for maintenance issues (the plumbing and air conditioning are absolutely horrible). Depending on which agent you get, you can also expect to be treated like the maintenance fail is your fault! Maintenance staff are very sketchy, I definitely wouldn't trust them in my place without me being there. Sure, the new owners of the property slapped on a fresh coat of paint and new roofing...a process that led to months of loud construction and inconveniences. It's simply a facade for a crumbling and outdated complex. Pass this one up! Potential renters BEWARE!

I lived in this community from 2006-2009 and while the staff during the majority of the time was awesome when they switched in staff July 2009 it was a loss for this apartment complex. The new staff did not honor a verbal agreement that I had with the old staff to move out 2 weeks early, which is fine and ultimately legal, but still unfortunate. Then after I moved out and cleaned the apartment from top to bottom to the best of my ability they charged me for a complete clean, for a sink that worked fine when I left, and a water bill that I have proof from the water company that I paid. So after recieving this bill I called the office and spoke to Charissa, I believe, who stated that she would look into it and get back with me asap. She also advised me not to come to the apt complex because it was not necessary. At first I thought that was nice of her because it would save me a trip, however, after that call I could not again get a hold of her and the next call I got was from a collection agency on the bill. I would not recommend this community to anyone under the new management, I am not sure why they changed it. If you already live there I would recommend that you not only take pictures when you are done cleaning, but that you do the walk through with them to see exactly what they want you to pay for in the bill. I do hope this helps to prevent others from being ripped off by this management company. Thanks
