Provided by YP.comI'd arrange a package to be pickup & shipped to me. I was helped by someone named Paul who forgot to email me when the item was picked up.
I had to call him after a week to make sure my item was picked up. Then he said he was going to call with a quote after an hour, & he didn't. When I called back(yet again) he said 'oh I was getting to leave"Really??? Then he was rude and totally unprofessional and they overcharge. I've been using UPS stores for many years, and this branch is the worst. Never will I use them again.
