I will never call this company again!! I ordered wood, it was never delivered, and although I called them repeatedly over the course of a week, I never received a call back, even to say that they couldn't fulfill their promise. They have lost my business and that of everyone else I talk to.

#BEWARE: The Woodsman removed the tree as promised. The job went well until the next day. I was given the amount for removal and received an invoice from PayPal. I submitted the payment immediately but it would not go through. I called and discussed the matter and retried the PayPal payment. Again it would not go through. I again called the office to tell them I was getting a return message. Two Days later "THE WOODSMAN" became very threatening and said he would take me to court. He used very intimidating language and personal threats. This tree was taken down for my 90 year old mother and I did not appreciate his demands on payment.

It's nice to find a company that does what it says & charges a reasonable rate. I'm very pleased with the work just completed by this tree service company & have already recommended them to my next door neighbor. I also plan to hang onto their card for future work. Harold

Highly recommended, because The Woodsman Tree Service & Custom Firewood did exactly what was stated in my contract. Remove dead limbs on large Pecan trees that were within 10 feet of my home. Remove dead tree in front yard, including the removal of the stump. Clear fence row of all wild vines, trees and small dead trees. They were within the time frame that was quoted to me as well. All debris was removed, the area was cleaner than when they arrived. They also gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way. They were very professional, and I appreciated that. Pathetic,never called in advance, extremely unreliable. I had to call the office daily trying to locate him. He was scheduled for first thing in the morning and show up around 2:00 pm. HAD to pay the full amount in ADVANCE! Told him to pack it in on 4th day pm(actually 2nd work day, first 15 minutes.I would NEVER recommend him for anything. LEFT EQUIPMENT in yard in a hap hardly fashion which created a safety hazard to our grandchildren. FINALLY showed up on the third day @ 2:00 pm.(scheduled for first thing in morning). I didn't need him or his attitude anymore.

I could not find any firewood delivery and stack service, in all of DFW ,that would come out and supply my home with firewood. Luckily I found their website, made a quick call, and BAM! I had a cord and a half of seasoned, ready to burn excellent quality oak delivered THAT DAY! Their people were courteous, polite, and totally professional. I know where I'll be getting my firewood for next winter! The Woodsmen Rock! Thanks again Woodsmen. Also, they have great prices!

wow, impressive work. i have used them twice now and will call them again. they made even my ugly trees pretty. you cant even tell the ones they removed were ever even there...
