Fixed my AC a few times and then installed a new unit (old unit was 20 yrs old Freon unit and getting expensive to run & recharge). Each experience has been great, and new unit has worked like a dream since then.

Very nice and professional. I've called them for service and a new install. I trust that they will give me a good price and the work has been great. I highly recomend this company.

Had the most amazing experience with Thompsons AC! They had the best rates available in my area by hundreds of dollars... save the time call them First!! The owners themselves answer the phones they take pride in their business and customer service.. Rodney came out at times that were convenient for me, he was nice and professional. I needed a new compressor along with other things... Im a single mother of two kids working two jobs and couldnt afford what it was going to take to get my AC fixed and working...Rodney talked to his boss and they had my AC running in no time! If you are struggling they will help you... Its great to see that some companys still put peoples situations first! Truely honest, professional company.. I cannot Thank Them enough for helping me and working with me to get my AC back on! I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone! Thank you again

As a divorced mother struggling through nursing school and trying to raise three children without child support, I was at my wit's end when an unsavory contractor told me my system was "shot" and I must replace it. I then called Mr. Thompson, who came out promptly, found and repaired a small freon leak, and had my family cool in a short time. What a blessing to know there are still people out their willing to help others. And when I can afford it, I will definately call Thompson's to replace my a/c system.

One company said I needed a new Air Conditioning unit. They just replaced the motor and saved me a ton of money. The staff is very prompt, knowledgeable, and honest. I would definitely recommend them. It was interesting to know that a specific condenser (outdoor unit) can only be efficient if paired with the same SEER coiling coil (indoor unit) and some companies will sell you an outdoor unit that does not match the indoor unit.
