I picked up my cleaning and1 pair of pants had to be sent back because it was still had spots on it but worst when I returned home and wanted to wear another pair of pants that I just pick up from the cleaners they had burned my nice dress pants by leaving black burned marks on them. When I came back to the store they accused me of burning the pant leg with an iron. Why would I have to iron my freshly dry cleaned pants? The owner wouldn't contact me to discuss it. They said it was impossible for their equipment to burn the pant leg. I paid for the cleaning and now I can't wear the pants. Poor service and poor management. If you want your clothes destroyed use the Trophy Cleaners.
