From past reviews and past experience, I expected a long wait and possible rude treatment. Unfortunately that just the way it is at government offices sadly. But I didn't expect a fight to break out right in front of me in the waiting room with elderly people there and crippled or disabled folks like me. And, 5 feet from the armed security guard. I couldn't believe it. Two people yelling obscenities across the room at each other. Then getting out their chairs and confronting each other physically. The guard had to separate them, physically remove both from the office and call the Fort Worth police to come to the office. This kind of violent, dangerous behavior in a public office not a bar. It's absolutely disgusting. Innocent people minding their own business could have been seriously injured. But it actually happened 10 feet from my seat on Tue, 10 May 2016. The employees are rude and biased.Horrible service.No professionalism at all.Use indirect threatening words if you raise your concern.

LONG WAITING TMES IN LOBBY NEED TO WORK ON GETTING PEOPLE SEEN MORE FASTER
