They are untruthful, they are always randomly turning off the water. They want more for what the apartments are worth. They spray for roaches, but the are still around. Rude mangement, kids are always running around unsupervised. Wouldn't recommend for anyone they just want money

I have seen so many wonderful changes! Pest control is always coming out to my apartment now. I have been living here for 18 months and I would recommend these apartments to my friends and family now! Love love love Renee!

This place is ridiculous and I've lived in better places in the real ghetto in the Bronx compared to this place.. Story short here's a list of what your in for and fyi don't sign anything....roaches, drug dealers, protitutes, bjs in public places, meth heads, mental cases talking to themselves, dumpster divers, unruly kids with no supervision, peeping toms, damage to your vehicle and a who cares attitude by the office, matience delays for months, roachs that even pest control can't kill, electrical issues sparks and warm fire hazards, gas leaks, water/ac/heat random shut offs, burnt up building they haven't done anything about, dead body smell because one was in there for a week and no one noticed even when complained about, management that runs stuff but yet runs and hides when you give attitude back when somehow after paying full rent they try to charge you more money to make hundreds off a few dollars.....aka scammers...do not rent here...especially military.
