When my daughter & I arrived at the Water's Landing Apts., First thing out of Shonna's mouth was "WOW!! These are even gated!! MOM! That's great! WHen we went inside the office we w ere greeted by a very friendly & knowledgeable lady named Leticia,the assistant manager.She was very charming & very welcoming to us. She showed us an apt, and again my daughter was "WOW!!! Boy, I'll move here.!!! Leticia also knew who had been in the complex for years & how many years! Shonna & I Would love to know how she remembers all this stuff. Neither of us can remember from one thing to the next with much accuracy. (Afraid she learned too much from Mama)The apartment we saw was so clean & quiet. No sign of "critters", Mama can't STAND critters of any kind!I don't want to live in a jungle with the little wild critters. Leticia also told us they have a very low crime rate there. That's impressive, especially in this day & age. Looks like I'm finally on my way home. GOOD LUCK to all who come here. I think you'll really like it here.
