Absolutely Do NOT use this company. Our motor went out recently and we called American Home Shield. They sent this company technician out and he declared "an act of God" issue because it rained recently. American Home Shield would not cover the replacement of the motor. After the technician replaced the motor, he broke the seal connected to the pump and declared "that must have been broken before" and he needed another work order to complete the project. After connecting American Home Shield to the Supervisor (who would not allow us to talk with the owner) the Supervisor hung up the phone to avoid being accountable. We have lived in the area for 11 years and never had a similar disappointing experience. There are many reputable hard working pool repair companies who stand behind their work and their technicians, but this is not one of them. If American Home Shield refers you to this contractor request another company. Scale of 1-10 they don't qualify as a 1! RUN AWAY!

Do not use this company. They fixed my pool through American home shield and the refurbished pump they gave me lasted a little over 2 months and they won't replace without me paying $100 for them to come back out. Ridiculous!!!
