Established in 2000, Western Hills Primary is an educational institution that provides a range of academic and extracurricular programs for students. It enrolls more than 350 students in pre-kindergarten through grade two. The school has received the REAL Outdoor Learning Environment award, as well as participates in various after-school programs. It organizes several festival celebrations, teacher luncheons and recreational activities. Western Hills Primary is a part of the Fort Worth Independent School District, which enrolls a total of more than 80,000 students and governs over 80 elementary, nearly 20 middle and approximately 10 high schools. The district also offers a variety of programs that focus on postsecondary courses and employment opportunities.
