This company has very poor customer service and I advise not buying from them. I finally got through to some young woman who obviously knew nothing about gun safes or how they worked. This was after waiting 45 minutes.

I would not buy anything from this company including the redhead line they sell with bass pro. Customer service is non existent you might as well buy a new one because they just keep you on hold all day long then make u leave a message. When they call you back they expect you to be in front of the safe so they can help you. So unless you are willing to sit by the phone and safe for two to three days it is impossible to get their cheap product fixed.
