I have been coming here for years bringing my same chef coats for work. I always been charged the same price. When my wife dropped off my chef coats the young lady at the counter did not know what they were or how to put them in the computer. She called someone else who told her to put them in as Sports Jackets. A sports Jacket is a much heavier and harder to clean item. She assured my wife the person cleaning it would change it to the correct item a pickup. My bill is usually $15 to $17 for the exact same stuff. They charged me $35 and would not adjust it. I was charged for the cleaning of an item I did not have cleaned. The lady at checkout would not give me the information to be able to speak with the owner. I am very disappointed with the new ownership and will be taking my business somewhere else. I only gave it one star because it wouldn't let me give zero. If you go here I suggest you ask how much before leaving your clothes.
