Provided by YP.comThe teachers and staff are completely incompetent at following the health and safety of the children. Our child has a severe peanut/nut allergy and despite them being told about this and having the proper documentation from the doctor they have continued to give her foods ie; cereal/muffins with nuts. We have been present on most occasions and intervened but they have continued to give her these foods. Ignorance is an epidemic up there. They actually asked "Oh, Honey Nut Cheerios has nuts?" After an incident this month where they gave her a muffin with nuts in it and failed to use the epi pen we had provided them for an Allergic Reaction/Anaphylaxis. It required an ER visit. Our child was traumatized her life was put at risk unnecessarily. The entire incident was preventable. The director Toni Sparks offered no apologies for the incident and blamed our daughter for eating the muffin who is only 2. Other complaints of the parents including ourselves are that the teacher/child ratio is not being adhered to in their facility. We withdrew her from the program. We will be filing a formal complaint with the state.
