Bought a used coat and took it up there. Asked the lady behind the counter if they could get the white in the lettering really white. She muttered "no guarantees" told her the items were Christmas presents and I wanted to look new. Pretty much couldent have cared less. Took the coat home and it still has 'gunk' on the zipper up near the throat area. Not stains, just ground in dirt. Will never use again.

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever used. I would not recommend it to anyone. You do have to prepay for your service and if they distroy your items they will not cover them. I took a comforter that had never been washed or dry cleaned before to them to have cleaned when I recieved it back from them it looked as if I had, had it for years and was horribly faded. They woudln't even give me back the cleaning fee that I was charged for them to distroy my $200 comforter that is now used for the dogs.

STAY AWAY. Charged way more than last 2 places to RUIN a VERY expensive bedset by washing it-not drycleaning. stuffing wadded up, trim shredded. Their reply- Thats why you signed the waiver....WHAT!! I did not sign anything. I would say save your money but.. Save your items!!! What a scamming, worthless bunch of idots!!!!
