Best pizza I ever had, and it made feel like I was in the east coast again. Friendly staff, and my two year old son had a blast eating there.

So I place an order for the first time with the research location at 2:09. Prior to that I called the barnes location and they said for my address I needed to call the research store. So it took the guy about 8 minutes just to even get my toppings right. After this he tells me my order will be here in 45 minutes. So 50 minutes after I've placed my order the manager Josh calls me and tells me that he had to cancel my payment and order that the barnes location was the one who handled my location. He then tells me they just started making it(1 hour later) and I needed to pay them. He then goes on to tell me that I would be refunded within the next 3 days. So now I have to pay $104 dollars for my pizza because I would still have to wait for the refund. I told him that I undrstand things happen but an hour later he decides to call me already when my pizza is supposed to be here and wants me to pay again! I said this was not fair to me. He kept on and on and said he would talk with the general manager and then he calls me back saying even if I spoke to his general manager he would tell me the same thing. I kept calm but I was astonished considering I would have to pay again, was my first time ordering from them, AND it would be about two plus hours till I got my pizza. I am still waiting as we speak and no pizza. NEVER EVER order from this company period!!! Terrible service resulting in a pizza that would cost me $104 and a three hour wait!

horrible service. I am from NYC and have had very bad experiences with Borriello. When they first came out, they were great. But almost every time order from them lately there is a HUGE problem and we either dont get the pizza or it comes hours late. I have had that experience with more than one of their restaurants. The sauce isnt that great anymore now that Mike left. It is still better than corporate pizza but what good is it if you cant get it??? If I could have given them zero stars, I would have done that. Its sad, they used to be my pizza refuge, no more.... Now I am a pizzaless former NYCer

it has been awhile since i ordered from here, and the last time was excellent. this time not the case. it took way over an hour to get here, very skimpy toppings and cold.
