I use the automatic car-wash when I go here. Usually the line is very long but thankfully it very short. Well I was very happy about this to say the least. Put my credit card in and waited for the stall to become ready, and waited, and waited. Seems that the car-wash got stuck or something. Well no problem I'll just push the Refund button on the machine... Nope, no refund! Who can I contact to get my money back??

I paid $6.00 for a carwash. The carwash never came on. I called and called and called and called and called and called and called and called the number they provide and left message after message. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! They will take the money and not care that you did not receive any service. I disputed the charge and got my money back, but why do they not address the customer's concerns???

I took my car there today and use there automatic car wash and my car now has dried tan gunk all over it. It looks worse now than it did before I went. Complete waste of time and $8. Tried to call the number listed and it goes to a fax machine. Very disappointed!
