I been staying here for about 8 months mr lee has been very nice and helpful rooms are nice and clean and what ever you need mr lee will take care of you i would definitely recommend this place to my friends

My husband stays at ute motel once a week he has had no complaints. Then he moved me and his daughter up to Colorado and now we stay at the motel I've been hear for three weeks and the owners are helpful friendly and they treat you like family. The rooms are always clean they always make sure you have everything you need to make your stay pleasant. The grounds are always kept clean they make sure you have clean towels and linens so over all I rate the motel excellent. I would send my friends and family there to stay. Great job.

My husband and I stayed at Ute Motel for two weeks while apartment hunting. The room we had was very nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and are available anytime, night or day. Overall we had a very safe, comfortable stay, and I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!

The owners are very nice they will help you with anything you need almost as soon as you ask for it.I have been staying here for a few months and have had no problems. Has several cameras around so no need to feel unsafe and gas station, liquor store and 2 bars across the street

We came to work here in Fort Carson and we have stayed at the Ute motel more than once and we wouldn't stay in any other motel. Mr. Lee and his wife are the best they will go out of there way to make you feel at home when you are here. I would recommend it to anyone passing by or staying here for while
