Just ordered a large berry burst salad with no cheese, a single cheeseburger with mustard only, and a small frosty at 4:15 pm. It wasn’t busy. They charged me for a large salad and gave us a small one, and put only ketchup on the burger. My mom questioned the size of the salad and told she was wrong. She wasn’t. Also argued with her about giving back her debit card, which the manager finally came over and found. For our trouble, I got a melted sundae!🤬 Didn’t notice the food issues until we got home. Won’t go back and they owe us $2!🤬

I think this wendys on many seperate occasions has major issues with orders and gettin orders correctly then when u ask for a manager an older gentleman who could careless and cant do math when the employee make a mistake its like he taught them that way!! The way he acts there new buliding says fresh but the salad is gross old lettuce and soggy tomotoes i have askednfor corporate office number many times and tried to look it up and no success so guess i am just warning everyone else the new doesnt change the way it is ran or how they treat there customers ecpesically the manager
