Lori and Tabetha are the best groomers in the area! My doodle, Winston, gets many compliments on his grooming and loves going into the shop. Both groomers are dedicated, loving, and talented. Each dog is treated with respect. Picking up a calm, beautifully groomed dog is such a treat.

My four Bichons and I love Lori and Talk to The Paw grooming shop! It has been a very happy year or two for all of us!

got a new puppy in March and tried to get an appointment right away with Dale and Lori, but they were fully booked. Had to take go to PetsMart for first grooming and it was a horrible, stressful and expensive experience. Lesson learned - made sure to book next appointment with Talk to the Paw right away, and could not be happier! She comes out clean, fluffy, smelling great and with a GREAT cut! D&L go out of their way to be as accommodating as possible with appointments, even during the busy times of the year. Best of all...my dog loves going there! She's always excited to see them and is happy and unstressed when I pick her up! You guys are the BEST!

Roxy has been going to Talk to the Paw since shortly after it opened and I couldn't be happier. She always looks great when she comes out. Perhaps even more importantly, Lori and Dale, the owners, are truly nice human beings who obviously love dogs. I have even had them care for Roxy when I am gone because they are really the only people I trust with my girl! Talk to the Paw is fabulous!

THE BEST EVER! Talk to the Paw is absolutely the most professional, amazing pet salon I have ever been to. The pricing is great and the work is awesome! My Westie loves going there because she knows its a "day at the spa" and she is going to get lots of love and come out beautiful. Such nice owners, kind and caring, what a concept!

I was looking for a groomer in Ft Hills and was delighted to find Lori. My maltese and shitzu were not frightened and both had exceptional cuts. Her love of animals is very evident.I have had dogs for 30 yrs and this is one of the best! I would highly recommend the owners for the customer service is outstanding.

Our 7 month old puppy was in need of grooming but our tight budget was making it difficult. Talk to the Paw was the most reasonable in price and convenience. We were delighted with the exceptional customer service and our puppy looked so beautiful it was amazing. We are so grateful to have Talk to the Paw in our small town, we wish them great success and they can count on us for continued business.

I recently wrote a review here on Dex because of my wonderful experience at Talk to the Paw Pet Grooming. I brought my two standard poodles there and was very excited to see how beautiful they turned out. I saw my review posted for a few days, then it disappeared. I had no unacceptable content in the review and I am very displeased that it was removed. For anyone who might be looking for a new Pet Groomer, Lori at Talk to the Paw is your best choice - she does a fantastic job and my poodles never looked better

We decided to try "Talk To The Paw" after searching for agroomer in Fountain Hills. We were so thrilled that we found Lori. She not only did an exceptional job on our Yorkie but also shows such great love for them. Our lil pooch looked ready for a competition so we brought her home and let her parade herself around the house as we all oohed and ahhed!! lol. Keep up the great work Lori! You are a great addition to "our town".

Two weeks ago we saw there was a new dog grooming business on the corner of Palisades and La Montana, Talk To The Paw.We decided to try out the new groomer. I called and explained that our Lhasa Apso is old and very fragile. The owner, Lori, reassured me that she has a lot of patience and will be extra good with our Buddy. She was able to see Buddy that same day and spent two hours with our dog.When we walked in to pick up Buddy, Lori was setting in a chair holding and petting Buddy. Our little dog so was so content she wasn’t ready to come home!We’re so glad to have found an excellent groomer who not only does a great job but is also loving and caring to our four- legged babies.

I am stunned to read the negative review below regarding Talk to the Paw Pet Oasis in Fountain Hills. I am a very pleased customer of theirs and I have two Standard Poodles that have been groomed there twice and have been exceptional. Not only did my babies look fantastic, they were unusually calm and content there and when I picked them up they did not want to leave. The owner of the shop, Lori Kerchen showed me the bathing room and pointed out the HydroSurge Bathing system that she uses. From my understanding of how it works, there would be no way that any shampoo could be left in a pet's fur. I was very impressed that she clearly stated to me if I found anything that she missed, or anything that I was unhappy with, I should bring the dogs back and she would gladly fix it - however I have not had such an occasion - she really cares about doing a great job. She even showed me all the hair that she pulled out of the dogs ears that apparently the previous groomer failed to do.

This is the worst grooming that I have ever had done on my poodle. Did not rinse all soap out of hair. uneven cut. Have to take him to a different groomer to even out cut and get him re-bathed. He looks horrible. The only reason I brought him to this groomer is because they are here in Fountain Hills.
