Inkworks is an amazing place whether it is your first tattoo or your fifth. Jamie is an awesome artist that has great attention to amazing detail. He will give you what you ask for. So if you're thinking about one ask for Jamie and you won't be disappointed:-)

Love Ink Works. Very friendly staff. Terry does great work. He's done work for my husband, mother-in-law and myself. He's even helped me decide where to put my next one(that I've already picked out) for it just flows from the others I already have. Thanks Terry. Hope to see ya soon. There are no words to describe the level of professionalism, courtesy, information, friendliness, and out right amazing work done by Jamie. Everyone was very "laid back" yet very professional and fun to be around. Jamie took a lot of time working not only my tattoo, but as well as my wife's. They look amazing, and even the touch up work from tattoos done by another place, looks great.



Everyone was very helpful, friendly, awesome to say the least. Jamie answered any questions we had, explained what was wrong with two tattoo's that were poorly done elsewhere. He did such great work, that I am letting him have full creative control on the continuation of my tribal tattoo, spanning most of the right side of my upper body, sans face, and hands.



Very reasonable in price, wish I could have left a lot more for a tip, as he is worth it. We will be making very many visits as often as possible to get work done by such a talented artist. Jamie even took a few moments, and explained in in depth detail, proper after care, and made sure that we understood and remember how to take care of such amazing work. As well, all information for after care was given to us upon arrival, that is very clear, and informative. Jamie took the time to expand on the information from his professional experience.



Jamie and Ink Works Tattoo has two new customers for life. I for one will be directing all to Ink Works and Jamie. Ink Works has the most talented artists and knowledgeable group I've ever seen.



If you are still thinking about getting a tattoo.. stop. Just go there now, granted they are open at the time. You will not regret it.

I wouldnt go anywhere else but here! These people are the nicest guys. They are kid friendly and very cool.

Prices were good and they even offered us some pizza.

It felt like home. I brought my 5 year old son with me and they were super nice to him. They even gave him a fake tattoo. The owner offered him a free t-shirt as well.

Phil is the one that did the artwork and he was awesome! He did a great job and was cool to talk too. Didnt try to be a hardass like some guys do.

I will go here from now on to get any artwork.

they are the best tattoo artist BJ did my 1st and will do all of mine from now on. they are very clean sanitized and very friendly. they make u feel welcomed from the moment u walk thru the door. i got the impression its not about the money itz about doing what they LOVE and thats BODYART. THESE GUYS ROCK!!!!!!!!

This shop rocks! I have gotten 2 half-sleeve pieces, one back piece, and a large leg piece from the artist, Travis Wasson from here and I highly recommend him as, an artist, and the shop itself as a whole. Each piece I have gotten were original and custom made to my specifications and idea's to a "T" and they look AWESOME!! The staff and owner's are very friendly and they know what they are doing. If you are looking for professional artist's...well, look no further! Go to INK WORKS!!!

Just got a peice done yesterday. Dr. T did the work. I highly reccomend hin as he was both professional and quick, wich did not compromise the the quality of his work. the prices are fair for the quality of work. i would have paid more for what i got hands down. The place is clean and everyone is up on sanitation safety. I highly recommend theese guys. they are extremely knowlegable and helpful and will cater to your needs. They also carry tattoo goo for your aftercare needs; by the way, is one of the pest products for your ink while it is both fresh and years down the road!

i am writing this review for my mom because she doesn't have a computer. my mom also expressed an interest to receive a tattoo in memory of her son who passed away 2/2/08. she had an absolutely wonderful time with bj and the awesome staff. the tattoo turned out exactly as she had invisioned it. by the end of her visit she was laughing, crying and taking pictures with the staff. did i mention that my mom is 75 years old and the oldest person to have received a tattoo at Ink Works? she highly recommends Ink Works for their professionalism, creative skills and their comfortable personalities. say hi to bill for us both!!

my brother unexpectedly passed away on 2/2/08. i came to s carolina to visit my mom. i wanted to get a tattoo as a memory to my brother. originally i was a little hesitant since tattooing hasn't been legal in sc for very long. went there and had a tattoo done and left totally happy. the people were absolutely wonderful, very professional and did a great job. kudos to seth!!!

the artist know what they are doing they know the proper way to take care of your new ink work. they can answer all of your questions wether they are stupid or not. very friendly well rounded and do phenominal work i would reccommed them to all

Whenever we want ink we will cross several counties to have BJ do our art work. We brought in our drawing and he added his own personal touch to it, turning it into a true piece of art, and it is AWESOME!!! Thanks BJ.

I found this to be a very clean environment. Staff was friendly and gave options. However,one should watch ones mouth when talking to the ladies..Not everyone likes to hear cursing..Try to more respectable of the ladies that do come in...

If you want ink, this is the place! They care about their work and the entire staff rocks. They won't just slap a tattoo on ya. They will talk with you about what you want and where you want it and how it will wear over time. BJ did ours and He is amazingly talented and we couldn't have asked for better! If you are looking for ink in South Carolina, this is THE PLACE to go!
