My father and I were fortunate enough to find Vickie and her team at Affordable Property Management (APM) over 10 years ago. We were moving overseas and needed someone to rent out and take care of our family home in Huntington Beach, California.



Since then, everything has been nothing short of perfect. We haven't had a single worry about the property since. APM has taken care of everything: the property is expertly maintained, we get timely updates, suggestions, and feedback, they have found renters for us continuously from day 1, and, of course, they are very affordable just like the name says.

I've been renting an apartment managed by APMOC (Affordable Property Management Orange County) for nearly seven years now. APMOC is by far the most proficient and professional property management company I have ever dealt with. The property I am renting is very well maintained, and both times that I have contacted APMOC for issues related to plumbing (low water pressure) they sent for help immediately and resolved both issues in less than 24 hours.



The staff at APMOC are very accessible and friendly, It is always a pleasure to speak with them. I really feel that they care about the properties they manage. I've had such terrible and frustrating experiences with bad property management companies in the past that my husband and I plan to continue renting from APMOC until we're able to buy a house.
