From my experience certain items have been improved. Other areas a significant areas that need definite concentration on. Areas that have been improved on: ( 1.) Cleanliness of the gas pump area. Still trash can's occasionally filled up. The gas pumps are working better . ( 1.) Since the advance new technology up grade.( 2.) Now the coffee machines should be checked more frequently . To insure the coffee machines have fresh new hot coffee. The coffee area is frequently still dirty. ( 3.) Work ethics and customer friendly etiquette and ethics that coincide with expertise is that of an area to be desired. ( 4.) Note: As we know we want to treat the customer much better than all the other gas stations. Why? So we take the business away from other gas stations. This brings in more revenue. If customers come to this gas station. So keep the customer happy. So its encouraged to refer to male customers as : Sir. Female customers should be referred to as : Miss. Note: Madame and meme . These choice words tend to make elderly women feel old. We want to make elderly women feel young and vibrant at all times. Note : We still have homeless vagrants loitering at the corner of the building. The location is the corner of the building that faces the bowling that faces the bowling alley. The other concentration of aggressive homeless vagrants is next to the tire pressure area. We have lots of homeless vagrants loitering. Note: We have these very same homeless vagrants , laying in wait. They are very cunning and crafty. These homeless vagrants then wait until the customers have their back turned . Then sneak up on the customer . Note: They wait until the back of the customer is vulnerable and helpless. Then aggressively ask the helpless customer for money. Frightening the customer. The goal is to not have any homeless vagrants at any time on the property. They serve not any justified purpose. They are only a public nuisance. Calif. Penal Codes: 372 and 373a. Note: At no time should we have homeless vagrant walking up in front or behind any customers demanding or asking any customers for money. Note: If they want to ask customers for money, they can nicely have a sign with words of can you help. Not on gas station private property. Next: A posted sign to loitering or pan handling. Loitering is: Calif. Penal Code: 647g and 555.2. Next: We noticed very unprofessional behavior by the at will employee . Possibly from : Egypt ? The at will employee acting manager from : India was given a $20.00 bill from the very nice paying customer. The very nice paying customer nicely asked the cashier or acting manager from , India if he could only get : $10.00 dollars for gas. Then the cashier from India indicated he only had one dollar bills. Note: Then we noticed in shock and in horror . The acting manager from India had the money to give back to the customer all rolled up. The nice customer nicely asked the manager from ; India if he could please count the money back. The response from the acting manager from India was: " I already counted the money"! Note: All at will employees working as a cashier should not be upset if any paying customer asks them to count the money back. Note: By counting the money back to all paying customers this avoids any reasonable doubt. Note: What followed as the acting manager refused to count the money back: Then the at will employee from Egypt, yelled out at the top of his lungs. Then the at will employee from , Egypt called the paying customer a very derogatory condescending name. The at will employee from : Egypt called the paying customer a jerk. Then we noticed the at will employee manager from India . He had a big smile on his face. It appeared the at will employee acting manager found it humorous that the employee from Egypt called the paying customer a jerk. Only because the paying customer asked the acting manager from India to please count the money back. P.C 415. Offensive language. Bad customer service.

Most recently we observed very bad , in excusable bad customer service. The incident was observed on: Tuesday , Jan 8, 2019. The female Hispanic adult cashier was given, $20.00 for a bottle water. The cashier refused to count the money back to the customer. In stead she called up another customer waiting behind the customer. This is a strategy cashiers do to give them self tips. The customer stood and counted his money. He only had , fourteen dollars . He only purchased a bottle water for :$1.49. She made the normal excuse when attempting to steal from a paying customer. " I'm sorry". She wasn't sorry. She was sorry she was caught. No excuse. The cash register tells the cashier how much money to give back. She has been a employee for about one year. Then a supposedly a male manager made excuses for her attempted theft. He was heard saying: " Sorry ". This is the oldest strategy, rip off con artist cashiers do. They just give back the money back to the customer. They don't want to count the money back on purpose. To rip the customer off. Some rip off cashiers can make ; $200.00 a day. By deliberately, not counting the money back to a paying customer. The excuse is there was lots of people in line. The solution. Replace the cashier with self pay check out. Like at Walmart. We saw what she did. She just handed the money back. Then deliberately called up another customer. To crowd the customer . So most customers will just move out of the way. Rip off cashiers do this with permission of the manager. Why? Normally they split the profits. See if all the managers count the money back ? Some times they tape over the store camera . For reasonable doubt. Bad customer service.

The onsite manager must be a lame duck? She is allowing a male white vagrant to walk up to female customers. The homeless vagrant is loitering by the air pump area. The other issue is the new male Hispanic adult cashier has no customer service skills. He calls all male customers : Buddy as like Nixon's dog back in the White House. Or Dude , of which a person that shovels horse manure on a farm. Or Man. The gas station is not a gay bar. Why can't he call all male customer's Sir. He works for the customers. He always looks angry and constipated . As though he needs an anima. He has been observed staring at customers . Its unknown if he is trying to gay flirt? The Bible says: " For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. Why can't they put a professional cashier? Instead of one that can't call a male customer : Sir. Or a female customer : Miss? Instead they have one that just stands around even when the line is backed up. He just stands there with that up tight constipated gay look. The manager looks the other way. He does not have a name tag. Very bad customer service.

I am most recently new to the area. Isn't customer service part of the job ? I came in on, Friday , July 27, 2018. The cashier looks like he is still in training . We all have to start some where. No greeting or anything ? He should be taught and instructed proper ethics and etiquette. Such as , " Hello Miss, welcome to Chevron, how can I help you Miss ". For male customers: " Hello Sir, welcome to Chevron, Gas, how can I help you Sir "? Why is this so hard? Next: We noticed a very nice customer ask for the receipt. The rude response was, " Yeah I know". So if the male Hispanic adult knows , why does the customer have to ask for it? I must admit not any one can do customer service. He must have had very bad training? Next: We noticed at night lots of vagrants are loitering at the gas station. Loitering by the air pump area. Some are loitering by the other corner of the building. Also at night the doors of the gas station are locked. Yet, this is suppose to be a twenty four hour gas station? Is some one taking a knap ?

Amazing things were starting to look up. However : The new help is something else. We noticed the new girl with her back turned. The elder female Hispanic adult backed up line near out the door. The young high school girl with her back turned still covering hot dogs had to be asked to open the other cash register. She refused to take initiative . She is very immature. Just like the other young female Hispanic adult. They are both immature. No people skills for customer relations. They give no greeting at the cash register like: Welcome to Chevron Gas , Sir or Ms. Plus: Very closed minded. A nice customer shared how to get well from a cold. They took it for a joke. He shared: Get the P73 Oil of Oregano. At Vitamin Shoppe. He continued place three drops under the tongue. Hold under tongue thirty minutes. Then swallow with bottled water. Then change diet to chicken soup . For breakfast , lunch and dinner . For seven days. The nice customer shared keep using the : P73 Oil of Oregano for seven days with the chicken soup. The nice customer shared: Stop all sugar for seven days. He even gave the example of sugar: All candy, all bread, all rice, all pasta, all alcohol. Then shared this includes : Stop all dairy because it produces mucus that will make you cough. The very nice customer shared: Eat lots of apples a day when you are sick. Peel off the peeling. He explained : Apples are vitamin A. They clean out the colon and both intestines. The nice customer shared: Eat lots of oranges and cold refrigerated grape fruit. Why: Oranges and grapefruit are vitamin C. The nice customer shared , get the : P73 Oil of Oregano at the Vitamin Shoppe. Plus : Get the 1000 milligrams of the gel vitamin C. Take the vitamin C every day . Just like the three drops under the tongue for seven days. With all the other suggested recommendations. Well because of pride and ignorance one at will employee is out on sick leave. The other new high school girl is coughing out in the open with out covering her mouth. The manager is not requiring her to wear a mask. The other female Hispanic adult was also coughing out into the open with out covering her mouth. Both were stubborn in to just stopping sugar with the above suggestions. Both are not team players. So what pervert hired these two idiots. Was it some pervert ? In hopes of getting into those panties? We noticed the young high school girl ,with her head in la la land. Wrapping hot dogs. She had to be asked to help open the other cash register. No one taught the new hires how to take initiate. The nachos machine is not clean and parts fall off all the time. This Chevron needs a steal strong nachos machine. Like the : 7-Eleven on: Edinger and Magnolia. Then the Chevron employees just insure its clean and filled at all times. Where are they getting these new hires? If they can't follow instruction or pay attention to detail , what good are they? Plus: not take initiative, to help the other cash register employee. Plus: They don't even count the money back to the customer. They don't realize how counting the money back to a customer protects them and the store. Why? It will prevent : Reasonable doubt. Plus: Make it a habit to hold a twenty dollar bill up. So its filmed by the camera. This way if there is a lying customer. No reasonable doubt. Initiative means not being asked to be that help or team player when something is needed: Like the floor is wet: Signs up. Tell co worker must do a clean up now. Or bath room out or flooded. Plumbing emergency contact. Put a close sign. Every new hire should get a two week evaluation. One copy for them and one copy for the new manager. This points out the good they do and the areas to improve. Simple. Iron sharpens iron. Unless its weak metal.
