Our business paid for 1 year mailbox services for several boxes here. Our Mail are all being refused by the dishonest operator because most people and our customers use #,unit, suite, etc and not "pub" as he insist it must be or he will refuse mail. I spoke with USPS and they are fine with delivering when it's #, suite, etc but they can't deliver if he refuses delivery.
USPS has kindly forward those mail to another store where we also have boxes.
I've paid for 1 year in all boxes and only used them for 4 months and he won't accept my mail or refund for remaining months or change me to 6 mo and refund difference. Stay away! Cash or he charges you extra for bringing your business their with plastic. Dishonest!
