This company doesn't deserve even one star. J.D. Escrow opened an escrow acct for the property we purchased. The seller's agent wants to cancell the contract with us. They did not put in writing. We didn't sign anything. Now the same property is in contract with someone else. We believe it's also under the same escrow company. This is wrong. The seller's agent and the escrow officer works together. They would not return our calls or emails. We're pretty upset that they don't want to sell us the property anymore and they're also keeping the $5,000 initial deposit.
