We visited this establishment, on Sunday July 22, 2018. We noticed the rude service. A nice customer asked the cashier if the table could be cleaned. The cashier nor did any at will employees were observed going to properly clean the table. Now the biggest significant problem. The galls extension is very hot. No air conditioning . Its the exact same weather as out side. None of the at will employees know when the franchise owner is going to install central air? So the major concern is for customers that can die from heat exposure. The facts are: Its unknown if the Health Department is going to inspect? Its been like this for many years. The franchise owner must not care about customers. Maybe the franchise owner only cares about making money? Where is the love for the customers? The establishment needs air conditioning in the galls area. I can presume if its cold that this is the very exact same weather as it is out side. In hot weather very boiling hot. The owner must not care? Bad Customer service.
