Looks like the reviews were all written by one person. For honest and legitimate reviews look on Yelp. Doctor is great. He needs to be aware of his front office and billing practices. If he is aware of the scam then he is just as guilty. They tell you they are giving you a "deal", refuse service until you pay upfront without checking with insurance. They double charge so you AND your insurance pay. When I called them out on their scam I requested my dental records which they refuse to send. To this day they owe me $2100 and my records. Do not go here!!!! Check Yelp reviews.

The staff at Quality Dental Care is phenomenal. I just love Dr. Rofael. He is definitely my favorite. Great person and great dentist!

I am very happy with the service that has been provided to me as a patient at Quality Dental Care. What I like the most is the interaction that the staff has with all of its patients. It makes visits a lot better.
