Apartment of TN investment very bad because tub spout had rusted inside. I called the office , they came to check and change a new one. But right now they charged me cost and told me that I did it.

Bad customer service person name Gina instead of been courtesy she always defensive doesn't take care problems I request repairs month later told me she forgot input info. She gets mad right of way u can't have a one n one conversation.rating is 0

Totally not happy with them. They said if I need to fix anything in the house when I first move in, they will send someone to do the work. I asked them to fix the kitchen cabinet door, and it took them about 2 weeks to install the door back. And don't expect them to come to your house to collect the rent, you have to drive to their office to give them the money. They promise a lot of things before you move in, but once you get into it, they won't bother helping you out. In addition, their service is really slow :(
