Excellent service at Jeffery Automotive downtown Fowlerville!! For over 40 years of having my vehicles serviced at various auto repair shops around the county I finally tried Jeffery's. This is the first time that the service was so good that I would feel compelled to write a positive review. The place isn’t fancy, it doesn’t have big screen TV’s with cable and they don’t serve you lattes but unlike those fancy places I drove home feeling good about the work they done on my car. The owner Ed truly cares, the service was exceptional. I found them be very honest and affordable but most of all their customer service was like no other. They went above and beyond to make sure I had had my car before the promised time so I would be able to get to work on time. I have never been treated so well, I only wished I had called them sooner. Good people!

Old school, honest mechanic. Steers ya right, never wrong! Saves you money. Busier than he can handle, but it's worth the wait. I don't know what I would do without Ed and company. Wish I could fix engines, I would love to help him out. Hard workers, with knowledge are hard to find. Thanks Ed for helping us and showing us many times what the issue was, with an easy fix and we could do it ourselves! Great people. Long time family friend of my husbands! Vicki and Jay

An enjoyable experience..a good product, at a good price. Dealership has a good team spirit, from salesman to finance , and seems to have good management. So far my car has performed better than expected. I hope this continues..Good Job

Received a "we can lower your payments and get you into a new 2012 Honda" letter Thursday morning. Dealership returned our inquiry call quickly, we had a beautiful, new Odyssey that afternoon. The purchase process was professional, courteous, informative and the dealership salesman and management were very helpful. Our second Odyssey from Jeffrey Automotive.....an outstanding Honda dealership!

The order was written up by Ryan & he was very helpful. Gil called me with the results of the diagnostics and gave me the news that there was more trouble than expected. He didn't seem interested in working with me when I asked for his assistance in prioritizing the work & sorting out the best path forward. I bought the vehicle used (not from Jeffrey), but I expected better treatment as a new customer. I won't be back.

Service department specialist, Gil, is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, promises made and kept (from my car repairs to transportation service to and from work.) The only problem I have is that my 2002 CRV continues to run so well even at 175,000 miles - I cant justify replacing it with a new vehicle. THANKS I recommend Jeffery Honda to all I know for their excellent product and customer service !!!! Darlene Graham
