I have lived here (as an owner) for only 4 months but my experience is opposite of those already posted. They are indeed strict with the rules so watch that but it is also part of what makes this a desirable place to live. You cannot touch a place on the chain for this price and it is extremely safe. It is a beautiful complex and the staff does their best to be accommodating.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE BEAUTIFUL SCENERY THIS PLACE IS NAZI VILLAGE. They have the most ridiculous rules, be careful or you'll get fined for something stupid like getting a little too loud. There's "public safety" watching your every move. And no, in no way are they public safety. All they do is pick on and harass you for stupid reasons. and the fees, all the fees they pile on top of you at the last minute, when it's too late to turn back. And not too mention the horrible Century 21 saleslady they made us deal with. She knew absolutely nothing about the place and left out key details that would have changed my decision moving in here. Now I'm trapped in a one year lease with these people. I am very upset and very displeased. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VACATION VILLAGE. Save your hard working money and go somewhere else where they don't treat you like children!
