I took my car in to have the alternator checked. After a short wait Josh said my car was fine. I was surprised I didn't need a new alternator. These guys are very honest and trustworthy.

As I traveled to visit friends, my car developed some running issues. Upon my arrival my friend recommended I take it to Bryant Automotive, a local independent auto repair shop. When I called Bryant Automotive, they asked if I leave the car with them for awhile. This way they would fit me in since I am traveling from out of the area. The owner Dave, called me with the diagnosis. He explained in great detail what was causing my running issue and the cost of the repair. I felt the estimate was very reasonable with issues at hand. I authorized the repair. By 6pm, I was on my way back home. The car runs great ! To my surprise, they also buffed out a foggy headlamp with no charge. Customer service at it's BEST ! Hard to find an auto repair shop in my area of Hickory Hills, that I would feel so comfortable. Wish I was closer, then I would take my cars to Bryant's for all my automotive needs.

Bryant was more than fair with me when my BMW broke down. He towed and repaired the car using parts I bought myself and did a great job. His costw as reasonable and I have no complaints. Great people to deal with.
