Agreed with the previous post. The woman who works here may possibly be the most rude woman on the earth. Does not care ONE BIT. You'd be hard pressed to ever get a "hello" or "goodbye", let alone a "thank you".

I had a bridesmaid dress altered and not only did she try to charge me twice as much as the other women in the wedding party, but when I complained about the price, the owner was rude and insulting insisting that I was trying to rip her off. She had refused to give me an estimate in advance, and then lied and insisted that she had given me a price. We counted the layers of my dress that she would have to hem and there are only four layers to my dress but she kept insisting there were five, I doubled checked, there really are only four. When she left a message that my dress was ready to be picked up she said that she had spent four hours working on it, but when she was arguing with me when I picked it up, she said it took her well over five. Overall, I feel like I was cheated (I still paid more than the other girls did by about 20 dollars for less work) and insulted, I have never had a shop owner continuously argue with me, instead of charging me and letting me leave. I used to recommend this place for cleaning and alterations, but will never go back.
