Dr. Michael Zgoba completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Chicago Campus. He then attended Georgetown University in Washington D.C., where he received his dental degree in 1989. Born and raised in Chicago, he returned to start his practice back in Illinois. He found his dream in Fox River Grove with a family practice that had been providing the community with over thirty years of service. Now twenty five years later, Dr. Zgoba strives to provide his patients with high quality of service and technology, utilizing digital radiography, laser dentistry, computer assisted implant treatment and crown milling technology. He strongly believes in prevention, finding solutions to problems when they are smaller, more affordable and more conservative. However if problems are greater, dental wellness can still be achieved with the advances and technology available in the office. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, American Orthodontic Society, and International Congress of Oral Implantology. He believes in continuing his education through multiple courses annually and in bringing advanced technology to his practice. For that reason, he has completed his fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantology. Dr. Zgoba is also a member of the Cary Grove Chamber of Commerce and for many years donated his time to visit schools in the area to help increase children's awareness of the importance of good dental health. He enjoys working with children and treats patients of all ages, continuing the tradition of a family practice.
