Provided by YP.comI have been going to Foxboro Animal Hospital since my first Black Labrador, that was over 15 yrs ago and I always had great service & treatment especially when my lab at age 14 turned ill. Now I returned 4 yrs later after getting a new puppy a yellow Labrador. My first visit was terrible the girls were very rude, they had a whole new staff.
This place has gone down hill since my last visit 4 years ago. I call the office with concerns & questions regarding my puppy, they were no help, simple questions I asked I felt they couldn't be bothered I was wasting their time.
When it was time for my dog to be spaded, This woman was so rude I felt like taking my dog and running. After they took my dog out back I was so upset, I called her over and told her she shouldn't be in this profession if she can't handle animal & owners with respect and a little kindness.
It's not the same as it was 4 yrs ago, back then everyone had passion for you and your animal. I don't have that feeling anymore.

Provided by YP.comNever been treated so rudely by office staff! I just want to put my kitty to sleep humanely, and they tell me they have to give her a check up...WHAT? Why? Then she hung up on me, LOSER

Provided by YP.comFoxboro Animal Hospital has been caring for my pets for over 30 years. Dr. Best and Dr Moschella have provided excellent, kind and compassionate care to all my cats over the years. They are progressive in their practice, without making it too expensive for me to provide health care for my pets. The staff they employ mirror their values and the office management has been there for years. They are tops. What I appreciate most about them is the way they treat both the pet and the pet parent.

Provided by YP.comI have been going to this animal hospital since 1975. Back then, it was a one man operation with Dr. Best as the owner. I have only fantastic things to say about Dr. Best. He has provided gentle, attentive care to all of my dogs and their litters. Over the years, the hospital has grown. There are now several vets to choose from. The hospital is now owned by Dr, Moschella, who has also shown great care for my pets, and I'm happy to say Dr. Best still works there. Over the years, there was only one vet there in whom I was extremely disappointed. I reported him and, let's just say he wasn't there next time I went in. They took my concerns to heart and acted on them. They will only retain doctors with the same quality standards that they require of all their staff. I have recommended this hospital to family and friends who have been disappointed with other veterinary clinics, and they have all made Foxboro Animal Hospital the choice for their pets, as well. I demand great care for these animals that I love, and they have received it for all these years. I moved from Foxborough many years ago, and though it would be more convenient to go somewhere closer to home, I will take my dogs nowhere else, unless my dogs require a specialist. When needed, I have been given referrals for specialized treatments elsewhere. I hope this review is helpful to those looking for quality care for their pets.
