I was walking in and 1 officer confronted me. He threw me 2 the ground and began fondling me. He drug me to his car and tossed me in the trunk. Drove me 2 Cristina Hale house where her and him began to sexually assault me! I knew the cop looked familiar but just how familiar would scate me 2 DEATH!!!!#

Tonight I was pulled over and hassled for being lost in the town of Frackville. I have been pulled over twice in 41 years of living. When I stopped my car kind of panicked to what I did he screamed at me to pull over. I calmed down a minute and realized that is what I needed to do and did so. I looked at him by craning my head around to the left and as I did I noticed he had his hand on his gun and was debating drawing it from the holster he scared me witless. I am a single mother of three children who was answering a free listing on craigslist for a television. He came up then to the window and I asked what did I do. He screamed at me license registration and proof of insurance. I said of course and handed it to him. In handing it to him I apologized for not remembering to change my sticker. He told me that a truck that looked like that had went up the street ten minutes .earlier going the wrong way. I said yes sir, that was me as soon as I noticed it I got off , I am sorry I came in via my gps and it put me on the road the wrong way. He took my information back to his car and my friend who was in the car with me started to laugh. She wasn't laughing at him as much as she was laughing at me ....to quote her "miss good two shoes who never does 5 over the speed limit and pays her street cleaning tickets on time is being hassled by a guy who did not even know what he was doing.





I tried to show him the route the gps took me on so he would know where your street wasn't marked he promptly called me a liar and told me to do a liar and told me to pay it as followed. I said I might take it to court and he stomped back in his car. I sat there as he made me afraid to leave. So I waited for him to pull out as I sat there waiting and watching I noted him hitting his steering wheel.





Having been a victim of domestic violence on more than one occasion I am terrified of violent aggressive men and was barely able to drive home.





A town this size should be practicing service style policing not ballistic style policing. By terrifying me and making me afraid to leave.he had placed me under arrest and failed to follow through. I had no Miranda rights read.
